Welcome! We are looking to secure your feedback as we have invited a number of contractors to tell us why they should have the right to deliver Pest Control services across Riverside properties, your homes. READ THE INFORMATION BELOW AND COMPLETE THE SURVEY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE
In particular, we asked each bidder for this contract the following question:
"Please explain how your Pest Control Services will ensure customer satisfaction and Service Standards in the form of a method statement. Please include the following, using the bullet points as sub-headings:
Detail customer care, engagement and managing customer expectations, covering responsive and planned work within the Contract.
Detail how you will ensure all timescales detailed within the specification are met when delivering the service.
Detail your process for escalation for any sites which have had 21 days consecutive activity as detailed within the specification.
Detail how you will participate in knowledge sharing exercises with our customers, to explain how to take preventative measures against pests.
