I have just reported the door to our block of flats, yet again, as being open unless it is slammed shut. The wooden door post moves. Anyone can walk into our block and as the gates have been open for months, there is NO SECURITY!

It is concerning that there is no record of communal repairs being reported for us as there is for our flats. This means that we have to do all the work keeping notes of the dates and how many times we have reported the same repair. Please can this be changed. Then when a communal repair is reported by me I will be able to see when I last reported it and how many times I have reported it this year.

    Penny
