Transfer

I have many years ago submitted a transfer . As my health has suffered badly recently.. and  my flat is tiny . When i have seizures i end up smashing my head against the walls as the flat is that small ans whenever i phone up . I can’t remember her she says she has just taken over and theres piles and piles of transfers that haven’t been dealt with . What else can i do
