Barkantine Heat and Power Switch2 Energy Bills

I am interested to see how many folks are using this forum. Scoulding House Mellish Street Energy bills went up 5 fold, Have any other residents challenged this increase? I also wonder if others consider the lack of factual information regarding the interwoven companies involved in communal gas and electric supply is a cause for concern. If nobody cares so be it. I have over the last two months implemented my quest for information to explain this egregious increase using the ask@onehousing.co.uk email route.
