Riverside are looking to consult you on our approach to the new STAIR scheme, that stands for Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements.
It is a registered scheme that will go live in April 2025 that provides a requirement for registered providers to proactively publish information about housing management and enable tenants to request information about the management of their home.
The intention is to provide greater transparency on housing management activity and ensure you see greater accountability across the board.
At this stage, we are consulting you on the flyer that promotes the scheme to customers. Further background on the scheme can also be found under STAIRs Background.
If you have time, we would also appreciate you answering three yes or no questions at the bottom of the page considering the following:
IS THE CONTENT CLEAR?
IS THE GRAPHIC CLEAR?
IS IT ACCESSIBLE ENOUGH?
