Local Service Assessment (LSA) Final Draft Letters Released

Documents have now been released that follow the customer journey when taking part in an LSA. Please review and note any further feedback to better inform how the process for customers is run - there are 6 documents in total:

  1. LSA Customer Guidance
  2. LSA 1 - Initial Contact letter with QR code and guidance for completion
  3. LSA 2 - Post-survey completion letter
  4. LSA 3 - LSA outcomes and follow-up letter
  5. LSA 4 - Post-survey completion letters, no further actions needed
  6. LSA 5 - Post-survey delay letter
