Levels of Access

During your time on OneCommunity you will come across 3 different types of access:

PUBLIC GROUP - Entirely open to you, you can explore pages marked like this and add comments or engage with surveys on these pages

PANELLED GROUP - Viewable to you in the same way that a 'Public' page would, however, you act as an observer only and cannot contribute

PROTECTED GROUP - For members of that group only. These pages will usually be hosting sensitive material that is restricted to customers that have full accounts on OneCommunity and are a part of a panel or committee. Without an account and membership of these groups you will not be able to see anything about these pages bar their titles.

To help you easily identify at a glance which pages have which permissions they will have labels like the ones below:

You will also come across hybrid labels that will use 2 colours at once just to let you know if there are different levels of access within a space:

These two combinations are merely examples, there may well be cases where a page that is mostly 'public' will also have an entirely 'protected' section, or, a 'panelled' page that has further, more 'public' parts within it.
